About the process
Every cape I make is designed from scratch for the person who wears it.
I’m a small-batch sewist who loves bringing imagination to life, one stitch at a time. Every cape I make is designed from scratch for the person who wears it. Orders come to me the old-fashioned way: through conversation. If you have an idea, a vision, or just a feeling you want captured in fabric, we’ll talk it through and create something that’s uniquely yours.
From everyday elegance to a bit of fantasy flair, each piece is hand-crafted to fit your story.
Getting started
Your cape isn't an accessory; it's a statement.
Whether you picture something dramatic and sweeping or sleek and modern, this is the place to dream out loud. Together we'll choose fabrics and bring a design to life that's as unique and beautiful as you.
Most capes use about 4 yards of fabric for a shorter
style and up to 6 yards for a dramatic full-length design—and because every cape is fully lined, you’ll want to plan on roughly double that amount of fabric.
After our first consultation, I head to the fabric store to
explore textures, colors, and patterns—because inspiration often strikes in the aisles.
But don’t worry: no fabric is purchased without your final
thumbs-up. Your cape stays completely in your hands (and on your budget) every step of the way.
